Most recently I had the privilege of spending four magnificent days with 3 incredible women in what felt like the most beautiful place on Earth. We had deep loving conversations, ate nourishing foods, and opened our hearts to each other and opened our hearts to where we are currently at in life.
This special time away was not for me - it was designed for my beautiful friend to receive and enter- with love - the next phrase of her womanhood and embrace her 50's.
I have always seen this woman as an absolute powerhouse - a high heeled hippe. Honest, brave, resilient, strong and feminine. I have seen her experience many things and been witness to the loves, losses and messiness of her life - and still she rises - sometimes broken, battered and a little weary and yet through her vulnerability and open heartedness - she rises. Over the years, this beautiful woman taught me that it is more than ok to stay in your feminine aspects - that their is no need to be rough and tumble in order to survive or be heard.
We each shared with her - our thoughts, memories, stories, wisdoms and insights about her as she sat quietly with an open heart and received them all. Truly an honour to witness. Never underestimate the power of connection, friendship and like mindedness.
Every day, as we sat around our alter - we could feel the energies gathering - the love was strong - I felt aligned, I felt loved and I felt heard. Witnessing women in their vulnerability, their rawness, their passionnees …. I don't even have words for it... Wild and liberating maybe?
What this four days of pure deliciousness' did for me was amazing, and it wasn't even for me! I left feeling like I had arrived inside me. I felt inspired and reignited! Like something new is on its way to me - like I am being birthed - and into what I'm not sure exactly and it feels AMAZING, it feels BIG!

Control your mind - put it to work - give it the job of stepping into your power with a solid belief that you are loved, valued and worthy - in fact you are fucking powerful and it is time to start telling this story!!
The only person you need to trust in life is you! If someone shows that they are untrustworthy, then, again, the only person you need to trust is you - trust that you will handle that if that should happen.
Give your mind the challenge of stepping into your love of self and self confidence. Your Higher Self is wanting you to know that you have got, and will handle everything that is being thrown at you.
It is time - Rise up! You are loved - you are LOVE and you are WORTHY! Tell the story of your desired outcome. Time stands still for no one. The time is NOW! Own your power with a solid belief of your purpose - you are wanted, needed and you are here to make a difference! go forth with love!
