The power of practicing meditation has many therapeutic benefits including; better sleep, stronger ability to deal with daily life stressors, reduce the risk of burnout, improve memory and an improved immune system.

What is Meditation?

Meditation is a mind, body, breath practice that induces mental imagery and a focused state of awareness to invoke an overall relaxed mind and body. Did you know that when meditating in a group it has been known that brain waves synchronise?

Who is this group for?

  • People who wish to experience a group environment

  • People who are seeking connection with a higher power, God, Source, the Divine

  • People who experience busy minds and busy lives and are looking to slow down and learn a little about energy and all things spiritual

  • People seeking relaxation

  • People seeking to connect with their Guides

  • People who are seeking to learn more about themselves

What to expect during the session:

  • Our evening starts with a quick check in to see how everybody is doing

  • Followed by what’s coming up and what to expect energetically for the week ahead

  • Open floor for discussions, learning and questions

  • Everybody then receives a tarot card message

  • We then move into our meditation practice. This is a guided process that Lulu takes everyone through. We usually meditate for approximately 15- 25mins – depending on time available.

  • Sharing of your experience is encouraged as it helps others to open up, allows for feedback and can be an opportunity for your individual journey to be better supported.

  • Then everyone receives an oracle card reading

  • Evening and circle closes
